Description

Commercial collections and judgment enforcement.  Position includes the following roles:

• Filing and managing post-judgment enforcements including bank garnishments, wage garnishments, levies, executions, writs of bodily attachment, etc. 
• Calendaring hearings and deadlines
• Review bankruptcy dockets on Pacer and file proof of claims.

Compensation will be $24-$25 per hour plus 2 weeks paid time off and benefits.  

Requirements

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in Florida debt collections
2. Post-judgment enforcement experience, including Florida garnishment process, filing in Ecourts, and scheduling hearings in various counties in Florida
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Google Suite (Gmail, Google drive, Calendar)
4. This is a fully remote position. The candidate must be technologically proficient, comfortable working independently, and able to quickly learn and navigate new software, platforms, and case-management systems without significant supervision.
5. Familiarity with Pacer system 

New York judgment enforcement experience is a plus.
